The MS6R is a stand-alone datalogger with 16 universal inputs, accepting volts, 4-20mA current loops, thermocouples and PT100 temperature sensors, resistances and digital signals. Fearturing a large 2M data memory, LCD display, alarms and USB interface for programming and data download. An optional RS485 interface allows datalogging from MODBUS devices and an optional Ethernet interface adds email alerts, web interface and SNMP notification.
Features - Configure inputs for different signal types from the PC program or using the LCD and keypad.
- Individully configure each input channel for measurement, alarm evaluation and data logging , including individual logging interval for each input.
- Individually program each input channel for different modes of record (continuous record, time dependent record, record only if specified logic conditions are matched, record triggered by external signal, etc.).
- Set up to four different logic conditions for each channel to active alarm. Each condition compares measured values from inputs with set limits. It is possible to set hysteresis and delay of condition validity.
- Indicate alarm state after matching defined combination up to four alarms from any inputs.
- Activate selected relays depending on alarm states by means of output relays module.
- Receive information from monitoring system by means of SMS messages via GSM modem - actual values, alarms, memory occupation etc.
- Assign to each input channel name of actual recorded process to identify monitored object (e.g. type of monitored product). It is enabled to select this name from data logger keyboard during the operation.
Software
SWR006 Program for Windows - easy-to-use graphic environment data acquisition, including online graph, automatic data download, remote Display mode on Internet-Ethernet network, storing data on the network, administration of users and passwords.
The SWR006 Software is designed for communication with data loggers of MS6, MS5, MS55 families through serial link RS232, USB port, RS485 network, Ethernet interface or via a modem. It enables reading information on actual state and configuration of logger, modifying logger parameters, reading measured values from logger´s memory and displaying of actual values from logger´s inputs. It is possible to view and print out recorded values in numerical and graphical formats.
Other features:
- viewing and printing of any selected part of measured values
- user adjustable axis scale of graphs, colour and width of curves, margin size and other parameters
- printing all curves from input channels together or one by one or to divide graph to several sheets with adjustable length
- two-level curves from binary inputs are displayed in special graph
- colour distinction of values outside of adjusted alarm limits in numerical list and graph
- export of data to dbf or txt formats for consequent processing in other programs (Microsoft Excel)
In "Display" mode it is possible to display actual values from inputs and actual alarm states (similar with display located on logger). Software enables to protect access to some actions (clearing logger memory, configuration etc.) by password. Automatic data reading from logger to PC in preprogrammed intervals is also possible.
Programs exists in two versions - basic version is free of charge, optional version is paid (customer obtains licence card with installation code).
Installation program is common for both versions of program (basic and optional). When program is running first time, it asks installation code - if code is entered, program will run as optional version. If no code is supplied, program will be installed as basic version.
