Common Questions

Quotations - We do not provide quotations. Please just add to the basket and go to the checkout - print off for a quotation.

Technical Support - Please email info@audon.co.uk

Pricing and Availability - Price including and excluding VAT is shown on each product page. The number of units in stock is also displayed. When a product is out of stock the expected lead time is indicated.

Telephone Orders - We cannot accept telephone orders. All orders must be placed using the website.

Pro-Forma Invoices - Please just add to the basket and go to the checkout. Select "Bank Transfer" as the payment option and the website will automatically generate a pdf Pro-forma invoice for you to download.

Invoices - We do not post invoices. A pdf invoice will be attached to your initial order confirmation email

Copy invoices - We do not provide copy invoices. An invoice would be sent to whoever placed the order, attached to their confirmation email. If an account was created, the user can log-in and select "Order Information" to view past orders and download invoices.

Tracking - When an order is despatched we will email a confirmation email which will include your tracking information.

Returns -  In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods at your cost within 14 days of the delivered date.

Please return the unused goods (complete with all packing in an 'as sold state') to us with the Returns Number (Issued by Audon on request) and we will offer you an exchange, credit note or refund.  Please note a 25% re-stocking fee will apply.

Should any goods be damaged on delivery, please inform Audon in writing within 5 working days of receipt of the goods.  Any claims for transit damage after this period Audon cannot be held liable
