The TCG120 is a GSM/GPRS text message controlled IO unit with 2 digital inputs, 2 analogue inputs and a 1-wire interface to connect up to 4 temperature/humidity sensors. It also has 2 relays with normally open and normally close contacts.Text message alerts can be sent on input state change and the relays can be activated by SMS text message. The relays can also be activated by an input parameter exceeding a setpoint. The TCG120 may periodically send data to a remote server, which makes it suitable for use in client-server applications.

TCG120 is a micro-controller based device for monitoring and control via the GSM/GPRS network. It includes 2 digital inputs, 2 analog inputs, 1-Wire interface for up to 4 humidity and temperature sensors. It also has 2 relays with normally open and normally close contacts.

The relays can be activated either remotely (via SMS or HTTP API command) or locally – from status of monitored parameter. Only one parameter can manage the relay at the same time, but for every parameter can be sent e-mail or SMS for alert conditions.

The controller can be used as standalone device or as a part of data acquisition(SCADA) systems. TCG120 may periodically send data to a remote server, which makes it suitable for use in client-server applications.

Programming - When you connect the controller to PC via USB, the TCG120 will be recognized as mass storage device. From this mass storage device you will start a small tool, which creates a virtual COM port and enables the communication with the unit (HTTP via USB). All settings can be made using your web browser.

TC Monitor Software

TC Monitor is easy to use Windows application for monitoring and control of TCG120 products. TC Monitor can collect and display data from controllers installed in different locations (sites). The collected data is stored in SQL database and can be displayed or exported in MS Excel format for further analysis. TC Monitor has a simple web interface, which enables easy and fast configuration. Monitored parameters can be 1-wire sensors, digital and analog inputs and relay outputs.
