TCW122B-WD is an IP watchdog monitoring module, specially designed for a failsafe monitor system. The module controls the functionality of devices or networks by transmitting or receiving respectively ICMP echo request or ICMP echo reply. The appropriate relay is activated if there isn’t an ICMP echo (ping) for certain time. This can restart the monitored device or network switch. The TCW122B-WD also has two digital and two analog inputs for geneal use.

TCW122B-WD is an IP watchdog monitoring module, specially designed for a failsafe monitor system. This can restart the monitored device or network switch.

TCW122B-WD has two digital and two analog inputs. It’s two relays have normally open and normally closed contacts. For every of monitored parameters – temperature, humidity, analog voltage and status of digital input, SNMP trap can be sent on certain conditions. The relays can be activated remotely (WEB and/or SNMP) or automatically from presence/absence of ping.

Remote control

The controlled device is connected in series with the relay contacts. Users can operate TCW122B-CM using a web browser or SNMP application. Both relays are managed independently.

Data acquisition

The TCW122B-CM can be used in Data Acquisition Systems (DAQ). The device uses SNMP v.1 protocol for communication with monitoring and management software applications.

Monitoring

The Monitoring page provides information about the state of the relays and digital inputs, values of analogue voltages (applied on analogue inputs), temperature and humidity.

The state of the relay can be changed by appropriate “ON/OFF” button. To change the state of relay for a while “Pulse” button should be pressed. Duration of the pulse is specified in “Pulse Duration” field of “I/O Setup” page.

Alarms and Automatic Control

For temperature, humidity and analogue values minimum and maximum alarm thresholds can be set. On alarm, the TCW122B-CM can;

send an alarm email
send a SNMP trap to monitoring software
an output relay can be activated. The relay will de-activate when the alarm condition clears. It is possible to use this as a control function.

Android App

TCW12x Remote Control allows you to monitor and control your TCW122B-CM devices. Entering the IP address of your installed ethernet controller, this app will be able to display the sensor values, using SNMP protocol.

TC Monitor Software

TC Monitor is easy to use Windows application for monitoring and control of TCW products. TC Monitor can collect and display data from controllers installed in different locations (sites). The collected data is stored in SQL database and can be displayed or exported in MS Excel format for further analysis. TC Monitor has a simple web interface, which enables easy and fast configuration. Monitored parameters can be 1-wire sensors, digital and analog inputs and relay outputs.
