The TCW122B-CM is a multifunctional device for remote monitoring and control over Ethernet. It has 2 digital inputs, 2 relay outputs 2 analogue inputs and can monitor up to 2 "1-wire" based temperature or humidity sensors. Parameters and output relays can be monitored and controlled using a web interface or SNMP protocol. The TCW122B-CM can be configured to send email messages, send SNMP traps and toggle the relay outputs depending on analogue or temperature/humidity alarm thresholds.

The TCW122B-CM is a multifunctional device for remote monitoring and management. It is an Ethernet based controller, which is designed to work in IP-based networks and managed by WEB interface or SNMP programs. The controller can be used as standalone device or as a part of control and monitoring systems.

The TCW122B-CM utilizes special schematic which support long 1-Wire interface. The both relays can be activated not only manual but also from status of monitored parameters - temperature, humidity, analog voltage and status of digital inputs. For every parameter can be sent e-mail and/or SNMP trap if it goes outside of previously set-up range.

Remote control

The controlled device is connected in series with the relay contacts. Users can operate TCW122B-CM using a web browser or SNMP application. Both relays are managed independently.

Data acquisition

The TCW122B-CM can be used in Data Acquisition Systems (DAQ). The device uses SNMP v.1 protocol for communication with monitoring and management software applications.

Monitoring

The Monitoring page provides information about the state of the relays and digital inputs, values of analogue voltages (applied on analogue inputs), temperature and humidity.

The state of the relay can be changed by appropriate “ON/OFF” button. To change the state of relay for a while “Pulse” button should be pressed. Duration of the pulse is specified in “Pulse Duration” field of “I/O Setup” page.

Alarms and Automatic Control

For temperature, humidity and analogue values minimum and maximum alarm thresholds can be set. On alarm, the TCW122B-CM can;

send an alarm email
send a SNMP trap to monitoring software
an output relay can be activated. The relay will de-activate when the alarm condition clears. It is possible to use this as a control function.

Android App

TCW12x Remote Control allows you to monitor and control your TCW122B-CM devices. Entering the IP address of your installed ethernet controller, this app will be able to display the sensor values, using SNMP protocol.

TC Monitor Software

TC Monitor is easy to use Windows application for monitoring and control of TCW products. TC Monitor can collect and display data from controllers installed in different locations (sites). The collected data is stored in SQL database and can be displayed or exported in MS Excel format for further analysis. TC Monitor has a simple web interface, which enables easy and fast configuration. Monitored parameters can be 1-wire sensors, digital and analog inputs and relay outputs.
