A-1019 is a RS485 and USB remote IO unit with 8 Universal Analogue Inputs accepting 4-20mA, thermocouples and thermistors: it also has 4 digital inputs. The unit supports both Modbus RTU and Modbus ASCII protocols. The USB port can be used for configuration or can be used as the main communication interface, installing as a virtual serial port: no external power is required when connected to USB. Featuring a robust industrial construction with the use of optical isolators to prevent ground loop effects and limits damages from power surges.
