The NANO_TEMP_POE is a Ethernet POE Thermometer with LED display measuring from -55°C to 125°C with a web interface and Modbus TCP communications - ideal for low-cost industrial temperature monitoring applications. The unit also can generate a SNMP trap on over or under temperature alarm for IT monitoring applications in server rooms.

Great PoE SNMP Temperature monitoring with display.

This is exactly what I was wanting - Small footprint, PoE, SNMP, thermometer for monitoring Pharmacy Fridges with live display.
For my use, only thing I'd improve is a flat or thinner sensor cable for getting round door seal.
